Your Challenges:
- Learning and Growth: Rapidly acquire the skills needed to become an intermediate accountant by managing a client portfolio independently.
- Client satisfaction: Handle client accounting tasks within deadlines while providing high-quality service.
- Support: You will be supported in data entry and daily management tasks by a counterpart, allowing you to focus on the technical and analytical aspects of client files.
Your Responsibilities:
Management:
- Supervise and coach your counterpart to ensure the completion of accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with your counterpart to guarantee quality and efficient work delivery.
Operations:
Independently manage all accounting tasks for a client portfolio, including:
- VAT declarations and VAT listings,
- Financial reporting and periodic planning,
- Year-end closing and personal income tax (PIT).
With the support of your counterpart, you can focus on analysis and process improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively provide valuable information to your manager to help optimize services for clients.
- Contribute to enhancing service quality by sharing your observations and recommendations.
Your Profile:
- ITAA Trainee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent (Master’s in Business Administration).
- You are motivated to learn and progress quickly towards becoming an intermediate accountant.
- You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
